site Senales de Humo. Although we had spoken via Twitter and E-mails I decided that I wanted to see for myself what all the fuss was about. So on Sunday I crossed over the bridge and saw what exactly was going on.
\u2028Walking up the street I noticed a small section of fans donning the gold and green scarves. I asked politely and found my contact, Emilio. Emilio is one of the leaders of the movement and speaks both English and English. The movement has been active via social network sites and this was the 1st game when it was out on the streets, but that said, Emilio seems to have things under control even though he is running around answering endless questions to passers-by. I get to speak to him briefly as he introduces me to the various people involved. The 1st thing that strikes me is his passion for Atleti and football; the 2nd is his actual knowledge of the game and the clubs involved. He explains that this movement is all about bringing the democracy back into football and into Atleti. He explains that he wants the fans to have a voice. He introduces me to a colleague nicknamed Cochise. I explain that I am there to report and not take sides and I start by firing off questions. The 1st seems an obvious. ‘Why the gold and green, wouldn’t blue and white, Atleti’s original colours be more appropriate?’ The two slightly glance at each other, smile and answer naturally that the colours blue and white are now the colours of many teams in La Liga and that it could cause confusion and that gAre green old and original. I ask Are They Aware of FC United and Emilio Responds That They Have Had Some contact with the club. It is clear That I've done historical homework. We discuss AFC Wimbledon and Cochise remarks That the important thing is Not the finger But to where the finger is pointing to. The Colours Are There to announce to the Movement That world exists But The important message is the Objective. Democracy in football is a phrase That Will Be REPEATED Many times as we speak. As We Are A Few speaking I see more coming around the bar in scarves and What strikes me is That There is no pattern. This isn't an old boys club or a hooligan's thing, this is a fan thing. Cochise That points out this is about the fans Having a voice inside the boardroom and listened HAVING Their viewsd to. I refer to the case of Ebbs fleet FC in England, a club that was bought by people via Internet but they both believe and I must admit too that it sounds more Fantasy League than anything else.

\u2028So now I have the ball rolling, I ask the killer question. ‘Will you form another club like FC United did, should your campaign not be successful?’ I must admit that the answer did surprise. They already have. Atlético Club de Socios is up and running and is worthy of another story. But, they both agree that they believe that both clubs can co-exist and the last thing they want is to destroy and break up the club they love. Emilio takes leave and I am left with Cochise. He explains that the campaign is in itI see at the real reason why I have is doing this. Emilio isn't like us. He Did not one day turn on a TV, come over for a weekend or just want to Be Different; Atleti WAS Passed down to him. He recounts walking to the ground with His grandfather and voting for the president. DURING the times of Franco, football clubs Were the only places Could one vote and now Spain is all that's has gone Democratic. It is so clear That this you cause him pain and That a tradition in Spain is dying out. Both We are dying to get to see the game But I see in Emily's face That I Could talk all day about historical cause. As we walk to the ground I see gold and green scarves around and I see people nod at Emilio. Something I've started here, Just What and how big it CAN only time will tell Become.
